Shri Dilip Singh is the Secretary of  the Jawahar Vidyalaya Society, registered under the Societies Registration Act., 1860 . He established Aligarh Pharmacy College in the year 2006 with the sole aim to provide a modern education system in various discipline of science and technologies in the region where such facilities of education are, at present, not available ; compared to its socio- economic needs of the peoples.

Shri Dilip Singh belongs to a very well known family of Iglas , who has freedom fighters and has glorious history of 58 years. His father Shri Rajendra Singh was the minister of Agriculture & Irrigation in the U.P. Government. The society of which Shri Dilip Singh is the Secretary has established number of education colleges such as a Technical College - The Aligarh College of Engineering and Technology at Aligarh and a P.G. College at Iglas.

The Aligarh College of  Pharmacy has a well planned campus in a lush green land. The college has all the facilities of a good Pharmacy College as per recommendation of the A.I.C.T.E. Govt. of India. This college is affiliated to the U.P. Technical University, Lucknow.

Shri Singh is very young and dynamic administrator who always plans ahead. He encourage students and staff due to which they get a stimulating atmosphere which encourages them to achieve their ever expecting goal.

Dr. Arun Kumar has done M.Pharma and Ph.D and has worked in Sagar University. He has a teaching research, industrial and Administrative and experience of 22 years. He has published 13 research papers in various National and International journals. He is an asset to the Department.
